Welcome to D’Luxxe Kandle & Co. These Terms of Service apply when you browse our website, place an order or use our services. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

PRODUCTS

We take care to accurately describe and photograph our products. As many D’Luxxe products are hand-poured or finished in small batches, slight variations in colour, finish or appearance may occur.

Product availability may change without notice.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

Please review your order carefully before checkout, including your fragrance, product finish, delivery details and any personalisation wording.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Shipping or delivery charges are displayed before you complete checkout.

If an item becomes unavailable or we’re unable to fulfil your order, we’ll contact you and arrange an appropriate alternative or refund.

PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Personalised products are created using the wording supplied by you. Please check names, dates, spelling and wording carefully before placing your order.

Lettering size and layout may be adjusted slightly to ensure your personalisation suits the product.

Personalised or custom-made products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

SHIPPING, LOCAL DELIVERY & PICKUP

Standard shipping, express shipping, local delivery and local pickup are available where eligible and will be shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays and peak periods.

Local pickup is by arrangement. We’ll contact you once your order is ready and provide collection details privately.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.

PRODUCT CARE & SAFETY

Please use all D’Luxxe products according to the product label, care instructions and safety guidance provided.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles and fragrance products away from children and pets, and use all products only for their intended purpose.

WEBSITE USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The D’Luxxe Kandle & Co name, logo, product photography, written content, graphics and website design are owned by or licensed to D’Luxxe Kandle & Co.

Our content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

You must not misuse our website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access or use the website for unlawful purposes.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use third-party services including Shopify, payment providers and delivery providers.

These providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. D’Luxxe Kandle & Co is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
