Track Your Order
Whether your order is being prepared, on its way or ready for collection, here’s how to check its progress.
Shipped Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
You can also open your order confirmation email and select the order-status link to view your order’s progress.
If tracking has only just been added, please allow a little time for the courier information to update.
Local Delivery
If you selected Local Delivery, we’ll contact you when your order is ready and let you know when it’s on its way.
Local Pickup
Pickup orders do not use courier tracking. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup confirmation before attending.
Your collection address and pickup instructions will be provided privately once your order is ready.
View Your Orders
You can sign in to your customer account to view your order history and current order information.
