At D’Luxxe Kandle & Co, each order is packed with care to ensure your products arrive safely and beautifully. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
Processing Times
All orders are hand-packed in small batches.
Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.
During peak periods, restocks, new launches, or sales, processing times may extend slightly.
Shipping Within Australia
We offer the following delivery options:
Standard Shipping
Delivery time: 3–8 business days depending on your location.
Express Shipping (optional)
Delivery time: 1–3 business days once dispatched.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your chosen method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate.
Delivery Delays
Shipping timeframes are estimates only.
D’Luxxe Kandle & Co is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier networks
- Weather events
- Public holidays
- High-demand periods
- Incorrect delivery information
We appreciate your patience during unforeseen delays.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your parcel:
- Double-check your mailbox, front door, side entrance, and with neighbours.
- Contact the courier directly to lodge an investigation.
We will support you where possible, but unfortunately we cannot replace parcels marked as delivered.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If the parcel is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
Fragile & Glass Items
Our candles, diffusers, and hampers include glass components and are packaged with protective materials to minimise breakage.
If your items arrive damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Email: dluxxekandleco@gmail.com
- Include your name, order number, and clear photos of the packaging and product
We will review and offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.
Local Pickup (Logan Reserve, QLD)
We offer free local pickup from Logan Reserve for customers who prefer to collect their order directly.
How Local Pickup Works:
- Select Local Pickup at checkout.
- You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
- Pickup is available by appointment only to ensure your order is prepared and safely packaged.
- Once your pickup time is confirmed, you will be provided with the exact address and collection instructions.
Pickup Timeframe:
Orders are typically ready within 1–3 business days.
If you need a rush pickup for gifting, please reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.
Identification:
For security, please bring your order confirmation email or a photo ID at collection.
