What products does D’Luxxe Kandle & Co offer?
We make handmade soy candles, reed diffusers, car diffusers, room sprays and gift sets.
Are your candles handmade?
Yes. All of our candles are hand-poured in small batches using 100% soy wax, quality fragrance oils and cotton wicks.
What type of wax do you use?
We use 100% soy wax. It burns cleanly, is eco-friendly and gives a great scent throw.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
We don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at dluxxekandleco@gmail.com, and we will fix it for you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We process orders in 3–5 business days.
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose.
You will receive tracking once your order has been sent.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within Australia only.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry this happened. Please email us within 48 hours and include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue
We’ll review it and organise a replacement or solution.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order within 2 hours of purchasing.

How do I take care of my candles?
To get the best burn:
- Trim the wick before each use
- Let the wax melt all the way to the edges on the first burn
- Don’t burn for more than 4 hours at a time
- Keep away from drafts, sunlight and flammable items
How do I use a room spray?
Shake gently and spray into the air to freshen a space.
Avoid spraying directly on fabrics or delicate surfaces.
What is a reed diffuser and how long do they last?
Reed diffusers give constant fragrance without a flame.
Place the reeds in the bottle and flip them every few days to refresh the scent.
They usually last 2–3 months depending on your room.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Our products are made with safe ingredients, but we recommend keeping all candles and sprays out of reach of children and pets.
Never leave a candle burning unattended.
