Processing & Delivery Times
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared.
Standard: approximately 3–8 business days after dispatch.
Express: approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Where applicable, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Address Changes
If you notice an address error after checkout, contact us within 2 hours and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your tracking has not updated or your parcel appears delayed, contact us and we’ll assist with a courier enquiry. If a parcel is confirmed as lost, we’ll arrange a replacement.
