Order Processing Times

All products are handcrafted and packed with care.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it is shipped.

During busy periods (restocks, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

Standard Shipping

  • Includes tracking

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Includes tracking
  • Available at checkout

Delivery timeframes depend on your location and courier performance.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can use this to follow your parcel’s delivery progress at any time.

Packaging & Breakages

We carefully pack each item to ensure safe delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged items
  • Photos of the packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Incorrect Address

Please check your shipping details carefully before completing checkout.
D’Luxxe Kandle & Co is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address if incorrect details were entered at purchase.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please reach out to us and we will lodge an enquiry with the courier.
Once confirmed as lost, we will send a replacement.

International Orders

We currently ship within Australia only.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.
