Because each piece is made in small batches, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We kindly ask that you choose your items thoughtfully.

Damaged Items & Order Issues

We take great pride in our packaging and shipping standards, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours so we can sort it out quickly for you.

  • Your full name and best contact details
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
  • A brief description of what happened

Once confirmed, we will organise a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs. Your satisfaction truly matters to us.

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for it to appear
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged

Our room and linen sprays are designed to be enjoyed throughout your home. To protect delicate materials, we recommend performing a small patch test before spraying directly onto fabrics or surfaces.
