At D’Luxxe Kandle & Co, every product is hand-crafted with care. We want you to love your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of every item.

Please review the guidelines below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of home-fragrance products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect scent selection, or personal preference.

We encourage customers to read our detailed scent descriptions or contact us for help choosing the perfect fragrance.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Email us at dluxxekandleco@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A store credit (if the product is unavailable)

Incorrect Address or Non-Collection

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
If the parcel is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Customised items (including curated hampers with customer-selected scents or options) are final sale unless damaged or faulty.

Return Eligibility

For an approved return:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank to complete the transfer.
