Yes! All of our candles are hand-poured in small batches using 100% soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and cotton wicks. Each product is made with intention to elevate your space.

We use 100% soy wax for a clean, eco-friendly burn. It's natural, biodegradable, and offers excellent scent throw without harmful toxins.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to choose carefully before purchasing.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at dluxxekandleco@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.

Orders are processed in 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

To get the most out of your candle:

• Trim the wick to ¼" before each burn
• Let the wax melt fully to the edges on the first burn
• Don’t burn longer than 4 hours at a time
• Keep away from drafts and direct sunlight

Our room sprays offer a quick burst of fragrance to freshen any space. Simply shake gently and spritz into the air — avoid spraying directly on fabrics or furniture.

Reed diffusers are a flame-free way to enjoy continuous fragrance. Insert the reeds into the bottle and flip them every few days for a refreshed scent. On average, they last 2–3 months, depending on room temperature and airflow.

Our candles and sprays are made with non-toxic ingredients, but we always recommend keeping all home fragrance products out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
